It was lovely to see the Great Hall full for our Music at Latymer concert on 24th October, which was themed  around 'Travel' and which involved nearly 400 performers. Well done to all involved, thank you for your support and we look forward to seeing many of you at our Winter Concert on Thursday 12th December.

Dhila, Year 7 student, tells us about his experience: "Two days before the October half-term, I got to experience my first ever Latymer music concert. I was playing clarinet in the Concert Winds and singing in Year 7 Choir and Junior Choir. Although we only had around half a dozen rehearsals, I was amazed by the standard of performance we were able to produce, which was confirmed by the immense clapping and cheering of the crowd when we finished.

It was truly an amazing experience; from the angelic voices of the choirs to the organised groups of orchestras, it was fantastic to be part of it. All years in the Latymer community were represented in various groups which included four choirs, several orchestras, two a cappella groups and Jazz Band. 

Overall, it was a marvellous experience that exceeded my expectations, far beyond what I had
imagined. I'm looking forward to the Winter Concert!"
