Today we celebrate the superb achievements of our Class of 2026 who received their A-level results.

With 27% of grades being an A* and 62% of grades at A - A* our students have achieved incredibly well. This included eight students who achieved an impressive four A* grades and over a quarter of our cohort achieving at least two A* grades.

We are proud of what our students have achieved, and their successes are a fantastic reward for the commitment they have shown throughout their whole school journey. Each student deserves to be celebrated, and we are incredibly proud of them. For some, these results may be particularly special and a real testament to the perseverance they have shown when circumstances, often beyond their control, have impacted their studies.

Importantly these successes have enabled our students to progress onto the next stage of their lives beyond Latymer. The majority will be progressing onto university, having secured places at top universities to read a wide range of stimulating and challenging subjects. This includes a significant number of students securing places at the University of Cambridge or the University of Oxford. Other students have secured exciting opportunities including on apprenticeships or through other training providers. A few students will be taking time away from studying to go travelling before heading to university in a year’s time; we are sure they will have a rewarding adventure.

As our students embark on their next exciting chapter, whether it's university, an apprenticeship, or another path, we wish them continued success and the very best of luck. We have no doubt that they will continue to excel in all that they do and encourage them to make the most of every opportunity.

These results reflect the dedication, enthusiasm, hard work and care of our students and staff. Thank you for the support from families, governors and trustees to ensure our Sixth Form continues its wonderful provision for our students.
