Spring 2025 update
This term has seen a wide range of inspiring student-led initiatives and awareness events, all rooted in our commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion across the school. From meaningful assemblies to charitable fundraising, our students have shown leadership, empathy and a deep sense of social responsibility.
Highlights from this term’s LEAP activities include:
- January: A successful Non-Uniform Day raised over £1,885 for The Childhood Trust, supporting children living in poverty across London.
- January: Students marked Holocaust Memorial Day through reflective assemblies and form-time activities themed around “The Fragility of Freedom”, encouraging thoughtful discussion about human rights and justice.
- February: We celebrated LGBTQ+ History Month, focusing on activism and the powerful legacy of LGBTQ+ individuals throughout history.
- February: Our South Asian Society led a vibrant assembly showcasing music, cultural dress, and traditions from across the region, fostering a deeper appreciation of South Asian heritage.
- March: On International Women’s Day, our Fem Soc LEAP Ambassadors delivered an outstanding whole-school assembly under the theme #AccelerateAction, championing gender equality and sharing powerful reflections on women’s achievements and challenges today.
We are incredibly proud of our students for their creativity, compassion, and leadership throughout the
