On Tuesday, Year 12 English students celebrated the achievement of devising, writing and making their own ‘Creation Myth’ poetry anthologies – which were partly inspired by the work of Ted Hughes and various global creation myths.  

The event saw the students dress up for a poetry launch soiree and listen to peers recite their poetry, as well as to receive prizes (particular congratulations to our winners Francesca, Aurora and Billy). Students enjoyed perusing the beautifully decorated, student poetry anthologies, and supporting one another’s performances.

Well done, everyone, on an excellent occasion and for some absolutely brilliant creative work!
