The Science Department is pleased to announce a large charitable donation to Books2Africa. On Tuesday, a small team ventured to Canterbury to drop off and donate approximately 2,000 old textbooks to the charity, who will send them to countries who will use them to teach students in places such as Kenya, Nigeria and Tanzania.
We look forward to using this excellent scheme again in the near future!
