THE SENIOR KANGAROO AND BRITISH MATHEMATICAL OLYMPIAD ROUND 1
Last Wednesday, four of the highest scorers in the Senior Maths Challenge took part in the British Mathematical Olympiad. This is a 3½ hour written paper consisting of six highly challenging problems.
On the same day another 24 qualifiers sat the UKMT Senior Kangaroo paper. All of these students achieved Gold in the Senior Maths Challenge which took place in October. We also had 32 who received Silver and another 32 who achieved Bronze.

MATHS OLYMPIAD FOR GIRLS
We are very happy to announce that 7 of the 10 students who took part earned a Distinction for their
papers and another 2 received a Merit. These are our best ever results for the Girls Olympiad!
