Last Thursday, Year 12 pupils and teachers attended a Russian play "Twelve chairs" performed by students from Queen Mary University in Mile End.

While the dialogue was fast-paced and complex, the content of the play was largely understandable and the experience provided a suitable challenge for the A Level students, encouraging them to further practise their listening skills in the future.

Ultimately, it was thoroughly enjoyable - with refreshments provided during the interval!
