On Tuesday 15th March, 57 year 12 Geographers and 5 staff set off for the coast of Dorset for a 4 day residential field-trip. Students studied the management of erosion in Swanage Bay, the landforms of the classic 'Jurassic Coast' and the Studland Bay sand dunes. The weather was beautiful. The students were highly motivated and worked hard up until 10pm most evenings. The field-trip has set them up well for the AS Geography examinations.
