The Latymer School Festival of Sport

On the 16th July The Latymer School had its traditional Festival of Fport, which has been a pillar of the school community for decades. Not only does it maintain the healthy sense of competition, but it also brings everyone together with the extensive range of events, such as: Rounders, Tennis, Tug Of War and Athletics.

The Festival of Sport is a major foundation of the School's sense of community, with students having large amounts of fun on the day; as was seen this year with the 100m race between Daraab Malik, and Arunesh Roychowdhury. It is possible to have fun, even if you don't technically win.

This year, however, the results were very close, with Wyatt beating Lamb by only one point overall, securing that victory for the House in yellow on the Festival of Sport.
