Last week British long-jumper JJ Jegede spent a day in Latymer working with some talented sports men and women from Years 8 and 9. The students had an inspirational talk from JJ about how he first got involved in sport at school and how he has managed to fulfil his dreams of being an elite athlete, representing GB at the Commonwealth Games. The students then had their mental toughness and physical prowess challenged through a number of engaging practical activities. All pupils involved had a fantastic afternoon and were certainly inspired by JJ!
Below are some photos from the day!
